DEB LECLAIR
With a seasoned background in behavior change, leadership development and mindfulness, Dr. Debra LeClair utilizes a multidimensional approach when working with individuals and organizations. She consults, coaches and trains in corporations, non-profit agencies and public schools to co-create positive cultural shifts, enhance well-being and improve interpersonal communication.
Debra holds Masters degrees in both Clinical and Applied Psychology and earned her Doctorate in Applied Psychology from Rutgers University. She is a certified Life Coach and Peoplemap Trainer as well as a trained Executive Coach. After completing a practicum at the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School, to become a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, along with additional training through the Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Debra has tailored mindfulness programs for both employees
and leaders for well over a decade.
Based on her commitment to human potential, Debra co-founded Full Spectrum Wellness, LLC, a holistic health and learning center that has thrived since opening in 2002. Also, within the business world, she has served on the board of directors for the Women’s Business Center, and provided long term programming and served on committees for New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility. In 2007, the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) awarded Debra the New Hampshire Women in Business Champion of the Year. More recently, she completed a certificate in Theory U: Leading from the Emerging Future from MIT’s Presencing Institute,
which combines her passions of conscious leadership, mindfulness and finding the most resonant path to systemic change.
